All orders ship the same or next business day. All U.S. orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be added soon.

At Essi, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

Because Essi products are personal wellness devices that may come in contact with the mouth, we follow strict hygiene standards to protect all customers.

✅ 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement.
We’ll issue one of the following, depending on your situation:

  • Opened product (first-time purchase): We’ll refund or replace one unit per customer/order as part of our satisfaction guarantee — no need to return it.

  • Unopened, unused product: You may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Multiple-unit orders: Only one opened item is eligible for a satisfaction refund; additional opened items cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.

Refunds cover the product price only; shipping costs are non-refundable.

🚫 Products not eligible for return or refund

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with (except for one item covered by the satisfaction guarantee).

  • Products not purchased directly from essipocket.com or our official TikTok and Amazon shops.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Returns without prior approval or without a valid order number and proof of payment.

🔄 HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

  1. Email us at hello[at]essipocket.com with your order number and reason for your request.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions or refund processing details.

  3. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt and inspection.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours and include photos — we’ll replace it at no cost.

We reserve the right to decline or limit refunds in cases of:

  • Excessive or repetitive refund requests,

  • Evidence of product misuse or tampering, or

  • Suspicious order or payment activity.
